A guarantee debit/credit card is mandatory for every reservation; this must match the name on the booking and will be used for all incidentals & room charges
All guests are asked to ensure they maintain a respectable attire whilst in public areas. I.e Nightwear or inappropriate footwear is not accepted at any time. Guest’s not adhering to basic grooming standards may be asked to leave or refused check-in.
FIRE ALARM – Anyone found to have tampered with or wrongly set off the fire alarm system will have a charge of £250 taken from the card used to guarantee the booking. Non-payment will result in the guest being asked to leave. This is to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us.
Smoking in the hotel is not permitted in any area, a fine of £250 will be applied to the bookers card and the guest asked to leave the premises.
1 Additional night stay will be charged if the room is not vacated in due time.
Over occupying rooms is against hotel policy and fire regulations set in law. Over occupying will incur a £50 fine per person over, added to the room bill and the booker will be responsible for this. The extra guests will also be asked to leave immediately. Payment of this fine does not allow the extra occupants to stay.
Hotel General Cancellation Policy:
24 hours prior date of arrival by 11:00 am, the guest will be liable for the whole reservation as soon as cancellation window is closed. Hotel Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: the guest will be liable for the whole reservation as soon as the booking is confirmed.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card provided as guarantee for any booking as soon as the cancellation window is closed.
Rooms must be paid for in advance upon check-in.
A deposit may be requested at our own discretion of a minimum of £50 to cover any incidentals. This amount is not fixed nor may it be waived once requested.
NO pets are allowed in the Hotel premises.
We are legally obliged to be able to identify all of our guests, therefore a form or photographic ID and/or a debit/credit card will be required upon check-in.
Missing/Lost/Non-Returned key cards may be charged at £10 per card.
Guests’ friends are welcome in the Hotel Public Areas. Guests are not allowed to invite extra guests to their room prior to having informed reception. It is the main guest’s responsibility to make sure all residents are registered within our systems and failure to do so may incur a £50.00 extra charge to the room bill per person.
We are not responsible for any Electrical Equipment brought on sight by any guest and will be not considered liable for any issue related if in connection to our electricity supply.

Please be informed that a step is present after accessing the following rooms, hence extra attention is required: 201 & 205 – There is also steps present on the stair crossing of the second floor to 3rd floor.
Lost Property will be stored for a maximum of 1 week if unclaimed, unless the hotel is contacted and arrangements put into place for the collection of the item or items.
